Orders

Your order automatically begins processing as soon as it's submitted. So we cannot make changes, corrections, and/or cancellations. No replacements or refunds can be made on orders submitted with incorrect information. The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling and accuracy of the content of the order.

Delivery 

Generally, all items are shipped within 3-7 business days from the date that the order is received. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as available. A representative will contact you if an item is no longer available. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return Policy

Items are not sold on approval. No exchanges except for damaged or defectiveproducts. Problems must be noted within 30 days of receipt of product. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact: office@ftvero.com. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
